Ottawa police are investigating a home invasion in the Dunblane Way area and are asking the public for help identifying five suspects.
According to a news release issued Wednesday morning, the incident took place on Sunday, July 19, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., when suspects entered a residence in the area of Dunblane Way and Cabrelle Place.
The suspects are described as four men and one woman who were dressed as construction workers at the time of the incident, the Ottawa Police Service said.
Police appeal for camera footage
Investigators are urging anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the neighbourhood on Sunday morning to come forward. Police are also asking residents who live nearby to check their doorbell cameras and dashcams for footage from the time of the incident.

CAMSafe registry
Police are also reminding residents about CAMSafe.ca, a program that lets community members register their information and security camera locations to help support investigations. Registrants are contacted only if a crime occurs near their camera and police believe the footage could assist a case.
Members of the public can also view, download and interact with police data through the Community Safety Data portal at data.ottawapolice.ca.
No arrests have been announced. The investigation is ongoing.
