Ottawa council approves $30-million OC Transpo plan to absorb fall return-to-office rush
City council has unanimously approved a 48-point transit plan costing about $30 million, aimed at absorbing roughly 65,000 extra weekly trips when federal public servants return to offices four days a week this fall.
